New IWP MOOC – How Writers Write Fiction 2016: Storied Women!

New MOOC from the University of Iowa ~ How Writers Write Fiction 2016: Storied Women!
Starting on October 11, this free online course will center on the voices of female authors and the stories of female characters. Each week, we will examine character and structure in a different way. Writers of all genders are welcome to join us for class videos, readings, writing assignments, discussions with the teaching team, and community feedback with other writers around the world!

Margot Livesey, Professor at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and Christopher Merrill, Director of the International Writing Program and Professor of English at the University of Iowa, will lead you through the course. Contributing authors from around the world will offer video instruction and advice. No writing experience is necessary. This free online course is open to all fiction writers in all genres at all levels!
